Labor Efficiency Report

 

The Labor Efficiency Report gives you the following information: Hours of operation, number of sales transactions, categories of sales, actual labor, ideal labor, delivery transactions, delivery sales, and delivery labor. This report gives you with a lot of information that can be used when scheduling employees.

 

Note: Ideal labor is setup under Labor Standards and Task Table Setup under Employee Management.

 

  1. Date
  2. Hours (Store hours, defined under system setup).
  3. Transactions  (Number of sales transactions for the hour which includes Dine In, Take Out, and Delivery).
  4. Sales (Total register sales for the hour).
  5. Pizza Made (Total number of pizzas made during the hour).
  6. Sandwiches Made (Total number of sandwiches made during the hour).
  7. Actual Labor for the Hour (Man-hours worked by the employees based on Clock In/Out; Man hour is a unit of production equal to the work of one hour).
  8. Ideal Labor for the Hour (Man-hours that should have been applied, based on the setup defined under Labor Standards).
  9. Delivery Transactions (Number of delivery transactions for the hour).
  10. Delivery Sales (Total delivery sales for the hour).
  11. Delivery Labor (Man-hours worked by the drivers based on Clock In/Out).
